Terms of Use
1. What this site is
strokevision.app describes StrokeVision, an AI tennis coaching app, and lets you join a list to be invited to the beta. That is all it does. You cannot record, upload, or analyse anything here — the product itself is a separate iOS app.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it.
2. The beta list is not a promise
Joining the waitlist is a request, not a guarantee. Specifically:
- We cannot promise you a place in the beta, or a place by any particular date.
- Invites go out in batches as capacity allows, and we may prioritise some signups over others.
- The beta is iOS-only and is free while it lasts. We may end it, change it, or change what it costs afterwards.
- Nothing described on this site is a commitment to ship a particular feature. Product plans change.
You can ask to come off the list at any time — email hello@strokevision.app.
3. Give us real details
The signup form asks for your name and email address. Please give your own real ones — we use them to send your invite, and an invite sent to a made-up address helps nobody. Don't sign other people up without their knowledge.
We may decline or remove a signup that looks automated, abusive, or fake.
4. Don't attack the site
Please don't:
- break into, probe, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
- submit the signup form automatically or in bulk;
- scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people;
- copy the site's design, text, or images and present them as your own.
5. What belongs to whom
The StrokeVision name, logo, design, copy, and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote short passages with attribution — writing about us, sharing us, and covering us are all fine. Wholesale copying is not.
6. Coaching claims, in plain terms
This site describes what the StrokeVision app does. Two things we want to be direct about, because they matter more than the marketing copy:
- It is a coaching aid for stroke technique, and it can be wrong. Its feedback depends on your camera angle, video quality, and how confidently it can track your body. It is not a substitute for a coach watching you in person.
- It is not medical, injury, physiotherapy, strength-and-conditioning, or equipment advice, and must not be used for those decisions. If something hurts, see a qualified professional — not an app.
7. The site is provided as-is
We provide this website "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not promise it will always be up, or that everything on it is free of errors. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Some places do not allow those limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms, or anything on this site: hello@strokevision.app.
How we handle the details you give us is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
